CINCINNATI -- The University of Cincinnati men's and women's soccer teams open BIG EAST play this weekend at Gettler Stadium and fans will be treated to several promotions along with some of the top soccer programs in one of the nation's top conferences.

On Friday, Sept. 21, Pack the House Night offers the UC women taking on rival Louisville and the men welcoming Georgetown in the nightcap of a BIG EAST doubleheader. The Bearcats and Cardinals will kick off at 5:30 p.m., with the men's match starting at approximately 8 p.m. One ticket ($5 for adults/$3 for children 12 and under) gets fans into both matches. The women's team will sign autographs on the concourse on the east end of the stadium following their match.

UC will roll out the welcome mat to students with the UC United Student Section, located field-level next to the goals on each end of Gettler Stadium. Students are admitted free with a valid student ID. The first 150 into the student-only UC United section will receive Bearcats t-shirts and the best seat in the house to cheer the Bearcats to victory.

On Sunday, Sept. 23, the men's team will host a free youth clinic for children ages 12 and under in Gettler Stadium from 11 a.m. to Noon. Participants will receive skill training from UC coaches and players as well as free admission to UC's 1 p.m. contest against Seton Hall.
