Women's Tennis Opens Season at William and Mary Invitational

CINCINNATI - The University of Cincinnati women's tennis team opened up their 2007-08 season at the William and Mary Invitational and sophomore transfer Tess Reddin was the Bearcats top finisher winning her flight. Reddin took two straight matches versus Lisa Miller from Maryland (6-2, 6-3) and Kelly Stewart from Princeton (6-2, 6-4) for the win.


The Bearcats entered seven individuals and three doubles teams in the 15th annual event in Williamsburg, Va. Reddin and her double's partner junior Jenny Rowen advanced to the consolation finals of their doubles flight with 8-2 and 8-5 victories over pairs from Marshall and Maryland, respectively.
