Renewals Deadline for Renewals: April 24, 2010 You may order or renew tickets online, by phone, by mailing your renewal form with appropriate payment to the Bearcats Ticket Office, or in person at the Bearcats Ticket Office. Payment can be made by check (made out to the University of Cincinnati), cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. University of Cincinnati Faculty and Staff may qualify for the payroll deduction plan (contact the Bearcats Ticket Office for more information). Online | If you have previously renewed online If you are renewing your season tickets online again this year, go to the SEASON TICKET RENEWAL PAGE and enter your email address or customer number and your password. Click on your 2010 Football Season Ticket application and continue through the online process as prompted. If you have renewed online before, your online account is already linked to our system so you DO NOT need your pin number. Online | First time renewals If you are renewing your season tickets for the first time online, go to the SEASON TICKET RENEWAL PAGE and select "New Online Patron". Enter your customer number and PIN (located next to your address on your renewal form) and complete your account registration. Mailing of Tickets Season tickets will be mailed in the middle of August. Single home and away game tickets will be mailed no later than 7 days before the game. Admission Policy All fans must have a ticket to enter Nippert Stadium. Children younger than three years of age do not require a ticket if they are going to sit on an adult's lap. Children four years of age or older are required to have a ticket. Refunds There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. Refunds may not be made due to a time or date change.

As a football season ticket holder, you have the opportunity to request away game tickets. You may do so by calling 1-877-CATS-TIX. Ticket prices vary by opponent. Once an order is confirmed and processed, tickets will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to each game.

UC Faculty and Staff members are eligible to purchase season tickets at the Faculty/Staff season ticket rate of $255 and are able to access the employee payroll deduction plan. Appropriate contributions to UCATS are required. To register for the UC Faculty/Staff payroll deduction plan, please contact the UC Ticket Office at 1-877-CATS-TIX.

Season ticket holders that misplace their season tickets and request their season tickets be reprinted should consider the following:

• The original season tickets will be voided and the reprinted tickets will become the valid tickets for the seats.

Bearcats football season ticket holders are a key component in the attractiveness of the Bearcats to Bowl Selection Committees. Bowl Ticket Credits are included in all season ticket packages (with the exception of the Youth season ticket). When the Bearcats football team is selected to participate in a postseason bowl, season ticket holders with Bowl Ticket Credits will have $50 per seat designated towards the purchase of a bowl ticket. In the unlikely event that the Bearcats do not make a bowl game, the Bowl Ticket Credit will become a donation to the Football Bowl Fund.
