Signing Day Release  | Coach Jones Press Conference | Signing Day Central

CINCINNATI - University of Cincinnati head football coach Butch Jones announced 22 members of the 2010 recruiting class on Feb. 3, the beginning of the NCAA initial signing period for football.

"We're proud to welcome these student-athletes to our football family," Jones said. "We're excited about this class. We had to play a little bit of catch up, but our coaches and staff did a great job."

Over half the class hails from Ohio with 15 coming from within a 200-mile radius of UC's campus. Seven student-athletes, Arryn Chenault, Jorian Hudson, John Lloyd, Corey Mason, Tony Miliano, Kevin Schloemer, and Solomon Tentman., are natives of the Cincinnati area.

"We're committed to building a wall around the Cincinnati area," Jones said. "With Cincinnati as our base and a 100-mile radius around our campus, we've got a great recruiting area to use as our base."
