The University of Cincinnati Cheerleading program represents the absolute pinnacle of collegiate spirit, athletic excellence, and Bearcat pride. The Bearcats have cemented their status as a national powerhouse with three UCA Game-Day National Championships. The UC cheerleaders have consistently proven themselves to be one of the elite squads in the nation.
Side by side with the three-time national champion mascot, The Cincy Bearcat, the cheerleaders bring the energy into Nippert Stadium and Fifth Third Arena. The team consists of 50 members, who average a GPA of 3.4. These athletes are the premier ambassadors for the university and active leaders across campus. Whether they are in competition mode, volunteering in local neighborhoods, or pumping up the crowd on game day, UC Cheer embodies what it truly means to be Bearcats.
